My approach draws from my 20+ years of personal experience in leadership roles at performance marketing and creative agencies, along with the writings of Brene Brown, Adam Grant, Carol Dwek, and Simon Sinek. My work leads participants to be curious and open to changing beliefs, shifting from a fixed to a growth mindset. I develop skills to improve strategic thinking, relationship management, creative problem solving, and mindful communication. My approach encourages participants to engage in more connected and deeper listening in order to surface diverse approaches to strategy, and promote authentic ways of showing up in professional relationships.
I've coached and mentored senior talent in executive leadership roles at agencies such as Young & Rubicam, iProspect, and most recently 3Q Digital/DEPT, where I grew that team from 3 to 55 people, and scaled that team's revenue by over 1200%. I draw on that experience and knowledge to offer professional coaching that inspires confidence, cultivates positive habits, and enables a growth mindset. My coaching programs consist of group and 1:1 work, with in-person and remote sessions offered.
